With a decade-long dedication to Learner Centre, I've transitioned from a student support officer to a manager. Starting with a passion for helping students, I cultivated a supportive environment, prioritizing individual needs. In my managerial role, I champion a student-centered approach by tailoring training strategies to empower each student's unique journey, ensuring success and personal growth.

As Head of Operations and People, I ensure our team provides the best training possible for our students. My 14-year career in the healthcare industry, as both an AHPRA-registered nurse and aged care facility leader, gives me unique insight into the design of quality training programs and a dedication to high performance. At Learner Centre I focus on helping the company run smoothly day-to-day, delivering gold standard qualification programs and supporting new students through their studies and beyond. I understand what it feels like to start a new education journey becauseI’ve been through it myself – as an international student I travelled far to study and kickstart my future career. This experience, combined with my knowledge of the local employment landscape, helps me guide candidates and prepare them for caring for some of our most vulnerable people.To our new international students: welcome. Rajy Xavier

Rajy Xavier is a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher and ECE trainer and assessor with a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years. With a comprehensive educational background, Rajy holds Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Diploma and a Graduate Diploma in the field. Complementing this foundation are two master's degrees in Education, specializing in Leadership and Management, as well as Inclusive Education.‍Throughout her career, a passion for nurturing young minds and fostering inclusive learning environments has been evident. With a commitment to professional development and a deep understanding of educational theory and practice, Rajy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Apex training college community.

I have worked in the community services/disability/aged care and mental health sectors for over 20 years – firstly as a support worker, then working my way to be the Manager of a Disability Provider organisation. Starting as a support worker has given me the insight into training future support workers and AINs – and I can also relate to their issues, anecdotes and anxieties students experience within this industry.

My name is Adaeze Aniefuna, a trainer and assessor in Apex Training Institute. I have 15 years of experience teaching students both young and old with the ability to edit, develop and design curriculums. In 2016, I moved to Australia and have worked in the aged care and disability sector while completing my Masters. I worked part-time as a disability support worker for CareChoice Agency, Cerebral Palsy Support Network (CPSN), Healthcare Australia (HCA), Mable and for private clients.

I came with a wealth of a diverse background and extensive experiences gained in Australia and overseas. Since 1987, I have been actively involved in various community and youth work projects in the Middle East, Europe, and South East Asia.I arrived to Australia in 1999, where I gained my master’s degree from University of New England (NSW). I also held a position of welfare guidance officer at the same university and conducted several induction lecturers to new students in both schools of education and social science.
